BED BUGS
Bed bugs bite, leaving welts and are very likely
to infest the entire building if not treated properly
and promptly.
· Prior to the arrival of the technician
all areas of the unit must be thoroughly cleaned
and vacuumed.
· All linens, blankets and sheets must be
laundered in hot water and all beds shall remain
stripped for the treatment.
· All items must be moved away from the
walls so that baseboards may be accessible.
· Upon completion of the treatment, all
areas must be thoroughly vacuumed and the vacuum
bag be discarded.
· A follow-up inspection is required within
a two (2) to four (4) week period and included in
the service price to ensure complete control.
· Treatment will include a thorough crack
and crevice treatment, as well as, treatment to
the carpets and baseboards. The chemicals used are
DOT (Disodium Octoborate Tetrahydrate) and Demand
CS mixed with Gentrol. The Material Data Safety
sheets will be available for your review at the
Management Company. If you have any other questions

· Upon completion of the treatment a six
(6) month warrantee will be in effect. However,
to ensure a thorough and effective treatment the
preparation must be followed prior to the treatment
date.
